4.1 Candidates

Information we may collect (with your consent)

We may collect the following personal information once we have obtained your consent:

  • Your name and job title

  • Contact details, including email address and phone number

  • Demographic information such as postcode, preferences, salary expectations and interests

  • CV

Why We Collect This Information

We collect this information to better understand your needs and to deliver a more tailored recruitment service. Specifically, we use your data for the following purposes:

  • To share your CV with potential employers—only after we’ve discussed it with you and obtained your explicit consent

Your CV and any personal data you provide will be securely stored in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Access to this system is restricted to authorised personnel employed by Growfolk and no one else.

  • To notify you of candidates we believe may be of interest to you as they become available

All data will be securely stored in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, as outlined in section 4.1 above.

4.3 Data Retention Period

We will securely store your data in our database for a period of three years. This allows us to stay in touch with you, keep your information up to date, and maintain accurate records. If your relationship with Growfolk becomes inactive, your personal data will continue to be stored electronically for three years. After this time, if there is no ongoing relationship or active service requirement, we will permanently and securely delete your data.

If you wish to have your data deleted before this period ends, you may request its removal at any time, and we will promptly and permanently delete your information from our database. 

Please note that once your personal data—including your email contact details—is deleted, Growfolk will no longer be able to provide services or carry out work on your behalf.

All personal data you provide is stored on secure servers, which are regularly scanned for malware to ensure ongoing protection.
